1. Pioneering of the blue-ocean market, which provides attractive goods and cultural art services by recycling industrial materials and living supplies
2. Constructing a one-source, multi-use business model by connecting performance, education and design businesses
3. Contributing to decreasing youth-unemployment by staffing over 50% of the entire firm with youths in their 20s
4. Building a global network among overseas social enterprises by continuous connections
5. Contributing to cultural art possession of local communities by holding local festivals and participatory cultural art educational events
<Sustainable Method>
1. Researching beneficiaries and encouraging them to participate in planning at the beginning of the business process.
2. Advocating a policy that employees are self-hired by possessing their own stocks and use partially reserved wages for the local community as a resource
3. Design businesses with a manufacturing process that minimizes the processing of raw materials and installations that use environment friendly materials.
